Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods (promotions, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your address and shipping method

Orders over $60 USD qualify for free standard shipping (before tax and after discounts).

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States. We are working to expand availability in the future.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx delays)

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Veranum USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at info@veranumusa.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
If you purchase a product marked as "pre-order" or "backorder," your item will ship as soon as it becomes available.
Estimated ship dates will be included on the product page or in your confirmation email.
