Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@veranumusa.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way is to return the original item (once approved), then place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered to the European Union, you have a 14-day window to cancel or return your order for any reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
